Achy Breaky Cream

A topical herbal cream designed to ease muscular, arthritic, joint and connective tissue pain and injury, such as tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, bruises, sprains, pulled muscles. Contains lots of arnica, with comfrey and hypericum (St John's Wort) as infused oils and/or herbal extracts, as well as anti-inflammatory essential oils.

Apply frequently and lovingly, at least twice daily.

Best not to use if you are pregnant, and do not use on broken skin. We have had wonderful feedback on this cream and the equivalent lotion.

Purified water,  arnica, hypericum and comfrey infused oils, flaxseed oil, arnica, comfrey and hypericum extracts,  beeswax and emulsifying wax NF, witch hazel, glycerine, Vitamin E mixed tocopherols,  pure essential oils of kunzea, sweet marjoram, fragrant agonis, lemongrass, ginger, juniper, and peppermint, fragrance (natural plant derived preservative), potassium sorbate.
