Pure Essential Oil Blends
These are blends of several pure essential oils, designed by Hidden Valley Handcrafts and frequently used by us in some of our own candles, soaps or skin care products.
Blends are available in 3 sizes - 10 ml, 50 ml or 100 ml.
Health Helpers
These skin care products are designed to help your body's natural defense and healing systems, using age old herbal remedies and modern scientific plant knowledge. No preparation should replace medical attention for serious ailments.
Please note that we are not qualified naturopaths. We simply have some experience with, knowledge of, and respect for herbs, essential oils and cosmetic raw materials. Many of these products were designed years ago, and their helpfulness and efficacy has been proven countless times via the feedback we have received over the years from our customers. Over this time, our respect for plant power in supporting the body's own healing processes has deepened.
Bath Products
Naturally, all our soaps are bath products. However, we also make soap free liquid Body and Hand Wash in several different aromas, also Bath Salts and Bath Oils.
Our bath salts combine soothing epsom salts, sea salts and bicarbonate of soda with pure essential oils and food grade colouring. We offer two choices - relaxing Venus (pink) and Out on the Bay (fresh rejuvenating blue).
Body And Hand Wash
Really luxurious and safe emollient bath and hand wash gels for those who prefer to use liquids to wash with. pH balanced, using mild and safe cleansers decyl polyglucose and cocobetaine, with moisturizing sucrose cocoate and glyceryl cocoate. These will not strip your skin oils and they feel really kind to your skin. Use them to fill your liquid soap dispensers for hand wash, or straight from the plastic pump pack.

Body Scrubs
Hidden Valley have experimented with a variety of body scrubs.
We have finally solved the problem of oxidation of our luxurious emulsified salt scrubs, in Broome's heat and humidity, and are now offering our fabulous Sheba Salt scrub again. Basically we took out all the oils which could go rancid in Broome's heat and humidity, and used only our beautiful organic virgin coconut oil, which is highly resistant to oxidation, in addition to the highly emollient shea butter. We kept the original exotic pure essential oil fragrance. Use of the organic coconut adds a little to the price, but we think the finished product is well worth it!
Body Lotions
Simple, light, easily absorbed body lotions made only from beautiful cold pressed Australian macadamia and jojoba oils, with purified water, emulsifying wax, Vitamin E, a non-paraben preservative and pure essential oils. Compare the huge list of chemicals in supermarket body lotions!
Body Mousses (shea Butter)
Rich in fabulous moisturizing shea butter and beautiful cold pressed oils, these are heavy duty body moisturizers for after sun and surf, for rough and dry skin. They are perfect for the Kimberley Dry Season or for Perth dry weather.
They come in two sizes of wide mouth white PET plastic jars. (PET plastic is the safest plastic for skin care products - inert to essential oils, unlike HDPE and LDPE plastics.)
Body Sprays
Body Sprays are light, natural bactericidal alternatives to commercial deodorants containing aluminium salts. These use witch hazel, herbal extracts and pure essential oils.
Foot Products
We have developed a range of products for people who work on their feet, or suffer from hot, tired weary feet for whatever reason. Most of us neglect our feet, which are in need of pampering attention.
We have a Chill Foot Soak, ideal for the Foot Spa but equally OK in an ordinary bucket or large bowl. An alternative would be the Footspa Pure Essential Oil Blend - add 5 - 8 drops to a bucket or footspa. Follow this with Walnut Foot Scrub to remove that flakey skin. Add Heel Balm for dry or cracked heels (also contains anti-fungal myrrh for fungal problems) and apply a small amount of Foot & Leg Gel as a cooling final touch.
Massage Oils
Our massage oils are available in blue glass containers, 60mls, 125mls and (normally) 200mls.
Pulse Point Perfumes
Unlike expensive commercial perfumes, which are mostly synthetic aromas in alcohol in very fancy bottles, these are mostly pure essential oils in jojoba oil, in a 10 ml roll-on glass bottle. See the individual pulse point perfumes for accurate descriptions.
Baby & Mother Products
We take special care to produce extremely safe products for babies and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers - when in doubt we always take a conservative view, choosing only ingredients which are completely harmless. Ingredients are also organic where possible.
